1. Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Align To Become ("ATB", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Align To Become offerings, including but not limited to:

  • The Map Membership Portal

  • Return to Self Ritual

  • Sunday Reset

  • Align To Become Podcast

  • Community Connect and community spaces

  • Workshops and educational resources

  • Email newsletters

  • Website content

  • Future educational offerings, live events, workshops, and community experiences

By purchasing, accessing, participating in, or using any ATB offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our offerings.

2. About Align To Become

Align To Become ("ATB") is an educational ecosystem designed to support self-reflection, self-awareness, personal growth, and practical life application.

Through offerings including The Map Membership Portal, Return to Self Ritual, Sunday Reset, the Align To Become Podcast, community spaces, workshops, and educational resources, ATB provides frameworks, tools, reflections, and practices intended to support learning, exploration, and personal growth.

ATB does not position itself as the authority over an individual's life. Rather, it provides educational frameworks that individuals may choose to use as they navigate their own experiences, decisions, and personal development.

The content provided through ATB is intended as a framework for exploration and learning rather than instruction, diagnosis, treatment, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

ATB is not designed as a program to complete or a ladder to climb. It is designed as a home base that individuals may return to throughout different seasons of life for reflection, learning, and personal growth.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, access, or participate in any Align To Become offering.

By using our offerings, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Your Responsibility

Your participation in ATB is voluntary and self-directed.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, actions, and results.

  • You are responsible for determining whether any content, practice, reflection, workshop, or resource is appropriate for your circumstances.

  • Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

  • ATB does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, achievement, or transformation.

The role of ATB is to provide educational frameworks, tools, and resources. The application of those resources remains your responsibility.

5. Our Offerings

The Map Membership Portal

The Map Membership Portal is a self-paced educational membership that provides access to workshops, guided practices, reflections, resources, community spaces, recordings, and educational content.

The content available inside The Map may evolve over time and may be updated, expanded, revised, or removed at our discretion.

Return to Self Ritual

The Return to Self Ritual is a guided educational experience designed to support self-reflection, personal awareness, and practical life application.

Access is provided for a fixed period as specified at the time of purchase.

Sunday Reset

Sunday Reset consists of live and/or recorded educational sessions intended to support reflection, learning, and personal growth.

Sunday Reset sessions may be delivered through third-party platforms including Kajabi, Substack, podcast platforms, video platforms, or other technologies selected by ATB.

Align To Become Podcast

The Align To Become Podcast is a library of recorded teachings, reflections, Sunday Reset recordings, educational conversations, and related content.

Not all live sessions will necessarily be recorded and recordings may be added, removed, archived, or updated at any time.

Community Spaces

ATB may provide community spaces, including Community Connect and other member forums, intended to support respectful discussion, shared learning, and community connection.

Participation in community spaces is optional and subject to the community guidelines outlined in these Terms.

Future Offerings

From time to time, ATB may introduce additional workshops, educational resources, live events, community experiences, or related offerings.

Unless otherwise stated, these Terms will apply to those offerings as well.

6. Membership and Access Terms

The Map Membership Portal

The Map Membership Portal is offered as a fixed-term access product.

Access begins on the date of purchase and continues for the term specified at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, access to The Map Membership Portal is currently provided for a period of twelve (12) months.

Membership access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, sold, sublicensed, or assigned to another individual.

Access automatically ends at the conclusion of the membership term unless a new purchase is made.

Membership does not automatically renew.

Return to Self Ritual

The Return to Self Ritual is offered as a standalone educational experience.

Access begins upon purchase and continues for the access period specified at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, access to the Return to Self Ritual is currently provided for a period of twelve (12) months.

Access automatically ends at the conclusion of the access period.

The Return to Self Ritual is a standalone offering and does not include membership access unless expressly stated.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully processed before access to paid offerings is granted.

Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments and its authorised payment providers.

We reserve the right to update pricing, payment structures, or offering inclusions at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, the payment plan is provided as a convenience only and does not alter the total amount payable.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with that purchase.

Payment plans are fixed-term purchase agreements and are not subscriptions.

Once commenced, payment plans cannot be cancelled, paused, reduced, or terminated early except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Failure to continue using an offering does not remove your obligation to complete the agreed payment plan.

8. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment cannot be successfully processed, Kajabi Payments or the relevant payment provider may attempt to reprocess the payment.

If payment remains outstanding, we may:

  • suspend access to the relevant offering;

  • restrict access to content, community spaces, or live sessions;

  • terminate access until payments are brought up to date; or

  • pursue recovery of outstanding amounts where appropriate.

Any outstanding payment obligations remain payable regardless of access suspension.

9. Community Conduct

ATB is committed to creating community spaces that feel respectful, supportive, safe, and welcoming.

By participating in Community Connect, Sunday Reset discussions, live calls, comments, forums, or any other community spaces, you agree to:

  • communicate respectfully with others;

  • honour differing perspectives and experiences;

  • avoid bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behaviour;

  • avoid sharing harmful, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content;

  • respect the privacy of other members;

  • avoid unsolicited promotion, spam, or solicitation;

  • take responsibility for the content you choose to share.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate membership where behaviour is considered harmful to the safety, wellbeing, or integrity of the community.

Our decisions regarding community moderation are final.

10. Live Sessions and Recordings

ATB may offer live sessions including Sunday Reset sessions, workshops, community calls, educational events, and other live experiences.

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • sessions may be recorded;

  • recordings may be made available to members or participants;

  • recordings may be used within the Align To Become ecosystem for educational purposes;

  • not all sessions will necessarily be recorded;

  • recordings may be archived, edited, removed, or discontinued at any time.

If you choose to participate verbally, via chat, video, or otherwise during a live session, you grant ATB permission to include that participation within recordings made available to members unless otherwise agreed.

Where practical, personal information shared by participants will be treated respectfully and sensitively.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Align To Become remains the intellectual property of Align To Become unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Map

  • Return to Self Ritual

  • Sunday Reset

  • Align To Become Podcast

  • workshops

  • frameworks

  • language

  • concepts

  • reflections

  • journal prompts

  • guided practices

  • audio recordings

  • video recordings

  • downloadable resources

  • graphics

  • written content

  • website content

  • community resources

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal educational purposes.

You may not:

  • reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, share, sell, licence, or commercially exploit any content;

  • share recordings, downloads, PDFs, screenshots, or resources outside the intended platform;

  • share login credentials;

  • provide access to another individual;

  • present ATB content as your own work;

  • teach, facilitate, coach, train, or create derivative works based upon ATB content without written permission.

Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and further action where appropriate.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any offering where:

  • these Terms are breached;

  • payment obligations are not met;

  • account sharing is detected;

  • community guidelines are breached;

  • unlawful activity occurs;

  • we reasonably believe continued access would harm the community, business, or other participants.

Termination does not remove any outstanding payment obligations.

13. Availability of Offerings

ATB offerings are provided on an "as available" basis.

While we aim to provide consistent access, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

  • maintenance;

  • software updates;

  • technical issues;

  • platform outages;

  • third-party service interruptions;

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, expand, reduce, archive, or discontinue content, offerings, or features as the ecosystem evolves.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Align To Become is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, claim, or consequence arising directly or indirectly from:

  • participation in ATB offerings;

  • reliance upon content provided;

  • decisions made by participants;

  • technical interruptions;

  • third-party platform issues;

  • community interactions; or

  • outcomes experienced through use of the ecosystem.

Nothing within these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of Align To Become offerings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
