1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and use of The Map Membership Portal and any related services, including the free trial workshop, Begin Your Journey. By accessing the Portal, creating an account, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Portal is

The Map Membership Portal is an online education and self-reflection platform providing journal reflections, teachings, processes, downloadable PDFs, and (from time to time) audio and video resources. Content is delivered online via Kajabi and may be updated, expanded, or adjusted over time.

3. Your responsibility and choice

Your participation is voluntary and self-directed. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, actions, and results. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome. Everyoneā€™s experience will be different.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or access the Portal.

5. Account access and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You must not share your login details or provide access to your account to any other person. If we reasonably believe account sharing is occurring, we may suspend or terminate access.

6. Free 30-day trial (Begin Your Journey)

ATB offers Begin Your Journey as a free 30-day trial workshop so you can sample what is inside the Portal.

The free trial:

  • provides access for 30 days from sign-up

  • does not automatically convert into a paid purchase

  • does not create any obligation to purchase

If you want continued access after your trial ends, you may purchase 12-month access at any time via our website. We recommend using the same name and email as your trial account so you can continue inside the same portal profile.

7. Purchase options and access term (not a subscription)

The Map Membership Portal is offered as a fixed 12-month access term. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

We currently offer the following purchase options:

  • $120 one-time payment ā€” provides 12 months access

  • 12-month payment plan ā€” 12 payments of $10 (total $120), providing 12 months access

Both options provide access for 12 months from the date of purchase. Access ends automatically at the conclusion of the 12-month term unless you choose to purchase access again.

8. Payment plans and billing

Payments are processed via Kajabi and its payment providers.

If you choose the 12-month payment plan:

  • you are committing to 12 instalments of $10, and

  • the payment plan is provided for convenience only and does not change the total price payable.

Payment plans cannot be cancelled or paused once commenced. If a payment fails or remains overdue, access may be suspended until payment is brought up to date.

9. Community Connect (community space)

Community Connect is an online space for members to connect, share insights, ask questions, and communicate with like-minded community members.

By using Community Connect, you agree to:

  • communicate respectfully

  • avoid harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour

  • avoid sharing illegal content or content that infringes another personā€™s rights

  • take responsibility for what you share

We may remove content or suspend or terminate access where necessary to maintain safety and integrity of the space.

10. Intellectual property and content use

All content within The Map Membership Portal remains the intellectual property of Align To Become, including written materials, teachings, language, frameworks, journal reflections, PDFs, audio, video, and any other resources.

Your access grants you a personal, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

You must not:

  • reproduce, copy, or distribute content

  • share PDFs, audio, video, screenshots, or recordings

  • post Portal content publicly

  • teach, sell, licence, or use the content in paid or unpaid facilitation, coaching, or services

  • share your login credentials

If you breach this section, access may be terminated immediately and further action taken if required.

11. ā€œAs availableā€ access and updates

The Portal is provided on an ā€œas availableā€ basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues. We may update and evolve the Portal over time, including adding or adjusting content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATB is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Portal or its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
