This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Align To Become ("ATB", "we", "us", or "our").
It applies to:

Community experiences
-
Future educational offerings
Nothing within this policy limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Free Offerings
ATB may provide free educational content including:

Sunday Reset
-
Align To Become Podcast
-
Email newsletters
-
Website content
-
Community content
-
Educational resources
As no payment is required for these offerings, no refunds or cancellations apply.
3. Return to Self Ritual
The Return to Self Ritual is a fixed-term digital educational offering.
Access is granted immediately upon successful purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, access is currently provided for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Because access is provided immediately to digital content:

purchases are non-refundable for change of mind;
-
access periods cannot be paused or extended;
-
unused access does not create entitlement to a refund.
Access automatically ends at the conclusion of the stated access period.
4. The Map Membership Portal
The Map Membership Portal is a fixed-term educational membership.
Unless otherwise stated, access is currently provided for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
The Map is not a subscription.
Membership:
-
does not automatically renew;
-
automatically ends at the conclusion of the access term unless repurchased;
-
is non-refundable for change of mind;
-
cannot be cancelled mid-term for a partial refund.
Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are not provided where a member simply chooses not to use the portal or no longer wishes to participate.
5. Payment Plans
Where a payment plan is offered, the payment plan is provided as a convenience only and does not alter the total purchase price.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with that purchase.
Payment plans:

are fixed-term purchase agreements;
-
are not subscriptions;
-
cannot be cancelled once commenced;
-
cannot be paused, reduced, or terminated early;
-
remain payable even if access is no longer used.
Failure to continue participating in an offering does not remove your obligation to complete the agreed payment plan.
6. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment cannot be successfully processed, Kajabi Payments or the relevant payment provider may attempt to reprocess the payment.
Where payment remains outstanding, ATB may:

suspend access to the offering;
-
restrict access to content, community spaces, recordings, or live sessions;
-
terminate access until payments are brought up to date.
Any outstanding payment obligations remain payable.
7. Access Expiry
Where an offering includes a fixed access period:
-
access automatically expires at the conclusion of the stated term;
-
access is not automatically extended;
-
access is not automatically renewed;
-
expired access does not create entitlement to a refund or credit.
Future purchases may be required to regain access.
8. Technical Issues
Temporary interruptions caused by:
-
platform maintenance;
-
software updates;
-
internet outages;
-
third-party service interruptions;
-
technical difficulties;
do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
Where a significant technical issue materially prevents access for an extended period, ATB will work to provide a reasonable solution consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a consumer guarantee applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
Any rights provided under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply regardless of anything stated in this policy.
