1. Free trial

Begin Your Journey is offered as a free 30-day trial. It does not automatically convert into a paid purchase and creates no obligation to join.

2. Change of mind

Because the Portal provides immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a consumer guarantee applies, you may be entitled to a remedy.

4. One-time payment (12-month access)

The $120 one-time payment provides 12 months access from the date of purchase.

This payment is non-refundable for change of mind.
Access ends automatically at the conclusion of the 12-month term unless you purchase access again.

5. 12-month payment plan (12 × $10 instalments)

The payment plan is a fixed-term purchase providing 12 months access, paid in 12 instalments of $10.

This is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled once commenced.

By choosing the payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price over the agreed instalments, regardless of usage.

If payments stop or fail:

• access may be suspended or terminated, and

• outstanding instalments will remain payable.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Kajabi may automatically retry payment. If payment remains unresolved, access may be paused or cancelled until payment is brought up to date.

7. Technical issues

Temporary platform issues, maintenance, or short outages do not automatically entitle you to a refund. If a prolonged issue materially prevents access, we will work with you to provide a fair and reasonable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
