1. Free trial

Begin Your Journey is offered as a free 30-day trial. Your trial does not automatically renew into a paid membership, and there are no obligations to join at the end of your trial.

2. Change of mind

Because the Portal provides immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a consumer guarantee applies, you may be entitled to a remedy.

4. $100 per year option (one-time payment)

The $100 per year option provides 12 months access from the date of purchase. This payment is non-refundable for change of mind.

Access ends at the conclusion of the 12-month term unless you renew.

5. $10 per month for 12 monthly payments option

The $10 per month option is a 12-month commitment that provides 12 months access.

If you cancel early or stop payments:

• your access may end, and

• you may still be responsible for remaining payments in your 12-month commitment (as this plan is priced as a fixed-term access agreement)

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Kajabi may attempt to retry payment automatically. If payment remains unresolved, access may be paused or cancelled.

7. Technical issues

Temporary access issues, platform downtime, or short outages do not automatically entitle you to a refund. If there is a prolonged outage that materially prevents access, we will work with you to provide a fair remedy.
