After reflecting on everything that surfaced on Day One, youāll begin identifying the priority that genuinely matters most in this season of your life. This could be your health, family, purpose, finances, relationship, spirituality, creativity, or another area calling for your attention.
Youāll explore where your energy has been leaking, where you may be abandoning your own needs, and what your heart is truly asking for right now. From there, youāll craft a simple and realistic shift to move toward your priority, alongside a boundary to protect it and something youāre ready to release to create space for change.
This day is intentionally practical and grounding. Rather than creating unrealistic goals or adding more pressure, the focus is on learning how to make small, embodied choices that slowly shift the direction of your life over time.
