This day is designed to help you clear mental and emotional clutter so you can begin hearing yourself again.
Rather than trying to “fix” your life, this practice invites you to simply observe it with honesty, compassion and curiosity. You’ll begin an Embodied Action List to capture intuitive nudges and simple shifts that arise throughout the ritual, helping you move from overwhelm into clarity one small step at a time.
By the end of Day One, community members feel lighter, clearer, more emotionally grounded, and more aware of what truly matters to them right now.
A practice of intention, self-leadership and choosing what matters most.
Day Two is where clarity begins turning into direction. After reflecting on everything that surfaced on Day One, you’ll begin identifying the priority that genuinely matters most in this season of your life. This could be your health, family, purpose, finances, relationship, spirituality, creativity, or another area calling for your attention.
You’ll explore where your energy has been leaking, where you may be abandoning your own needs, and what your heart is truly asking for right now. From there, you’ll craft a simple and realistic shift to move toward your priority, alongside a boundary to protect it and something you’re ready to release to create space for change.
This day is intentionally practical and grounding. Rather than creating unrealistic goals or adding more pressure, the focus is on learning how to make small, embodied choices that slowly shift the direction of your life over time.
A guided hypnosis practice to reconnect with the version of you who already holds this with ease.
Day Three invites you into a deeper embodied experience through a guided hypnosis relaxation designed to help your body reconnect with what alignment actually feels like. Instead of only thinking about change intellectually, this practice helps you feel it emotionally, physically and energetically.
You’ll begin by reflecting on moments where you abandoned yourself to keep the peace, overextended your energy, or ignored your own needs. From there, you’ll move into a guided visualisation where you release old emotional weight, reconnect with your true Self, and meet the version of you who naturally embodies your chosen priority.
This experience is designed to gently regulate the nervous system while helping you access deeper clarity, self-trust and intuitive direction. Many people leave this practice feeling softer, more grounded, emotionally lighter, and more connected to the life they genuinely want to create.
Rather than forcing transformation, Day Three focuses on creating safety within the body so new ways of being can naturally begin to emerge.

Day Four is about stepping out of self-criticism and returning to yourself through the lens of love. After three days of reflection, clarity and embodiment work, this final day invites you to acknowledge the ways you are already showing up, growing, healing and trying — even imperfectly.
Through gentle reflections and a second guided relaxation, you’ll explore the expectations, pressures and identities you’ve been carrying, while reconnecting to the parts of yourself that deserve compassion rather than criticism. This practice helps shift the focus away from “not enough” and back toward gratitude, self-acceptance and emotional steadiness.
You’ll also create a personal Return Phrase — a grounding affirmation to come back to whenever life feels overwhelming or you drift away from your centre. The intention of this day is not perfection, but remembering that you are already worthy of love exactly as you are today.
Community members finish the ritual feeling calmer, more emotionally open, more accepting of themselves, and more connected to the direction they want to move toward moving forward.
